Rae Boyce has been part of the roofing industry for over eight years after transitioning from the tech world, where she worked at a company preparing to go public. What began as an unexpected career shift quickly became a meaningful path focused on helping property owners navigate roofing decisions with honesty and clarity. As CEO of Integrity Pro Roofing, Rae is proud of the team they’ve built and the relationships formed with clients across Colorado. For Rae, the biggest highlights of the role are the people, both the dedicated team members she works alongside and the customers the company serves every day.

Rae is motivated by the opportunity to bring transparency to an industry where expensive replacements are sometimes recommended when a practical repair could solve the problem. She believes in providing clear, honest options that meet clients where they are and help them make the best decision for their property. Outside of work, Rae enjoys playing pickleball, hiking, and watercolor painting. A passionate mountain enthusiast, she has climbed more than 35 of Colorado’s 14,000-foot peaks and feels fortunate to live in a state where the mountains and trails are always within reach.

Eric takes pride in delivering a positive experience for customers and enjoys learning new skills and trades that help him grow professionally. Outside of work, he spends much of his time working on vehicles, building trailers, and enjoying Colorado’s outdoors. Fishing, camping, and hiking are some of his favorite activities, and he appreciates the opportunity to explore the mountains and landscapes that make Colorado such a great place to live.

Brandon has been working in the roofing industry since 2016, after discovering the field through a friend who encouraged him to attend a contractor job fair. Before roofing, he worked as a water plant operator managing wastewater facilities, but quickly realized construction was where he wanted to build his career. Determined to grow in the industry, Brandon put himself through college while working in roofing, earning a Construction Management degree with honors and a 3.8 GPA. With the help of an academic scholarship and years of hard work, he graduated debt-free while raising his children as a single parent. Brandon has since earned multiple industry certifications, including CertainTeed Master Craftsman, OSHA 30-Hour Safety Certification, Lomanco Ventilation Certification, and several Colorado Roofing Association certifications for coatings and single-ply roofing systems.

Brandon has contributed to a wide range of projects across Colorado, including work involving UCHealth Anschutz, CU Boulder, Regis University, Metro State University, Colorado Mills, Water World, the Denver Zoo, and several major hotels and fire stations. Outside of work, his biggest motivation is his family and creating meaningful experiences with them. He enjoys traveling (having visited 38 states), camping, hiking, fishing, and spending time outdoors with his son Caleb. Brandon also has a soft spot for animals and has developed a reputation for helping reunite lost dogs with their owners. Growing up in Littleton, he was surrounded by animals, including a rescued buffalo named “Lone Bear” that once lived in his backyard before finding a permanent home.

Calvin has been working in the roofing industry for about three years after making a career change following the birth of his son. He began his roofing career in service administration and sales, where he quickly gained experience by taking on multiple roles and learning the industry from several angles. This hands-on approach helped him develop a strong understanding of roofing systems and customer service early in his career. At Integrity Pro Roofing, Calvin focuses on building long-term relationships with property owners and ensuring each customer receives attentive, personalized support throughout their roofing project.

Calvin is motivated by three things in his work: his family, the opportunity to keep learning, and the ability to care for the people he works with. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son, running, playing disc golf, and relaxing with video games or Pokémon cards. Living in Colorado gives Calvin the chance to enjoy the outdoors year-round, whether he’s hiking, trail running, or rock climbing. He also enjoys the energy of Denver’s sports scene and appreciates that there’s always something exciting happening in the city.
